RR78, what a great deal. I've always tried to stay with the electric stoves with the heat coils on top (no glass) for my rental properties. This is much cheaper than I had paid for my heat coil top electric stoves.

That's the one I just bought for a rental. it's good looking. I don't like the glass top, but coils are just about non-existent and they no longer come with self-cleaning.
Self-cleaning is getting rare, with many of the new stoves coming with "steam cleaning" which is rumored to not work well and has to involve wiping out the oven, which I don't trust tenants to do.

We got 1 in when we ordered the week before I posted. At that time they where on sale for 450.00
When they dropped to 379.00 I posted here and ordered a few more.
Those show in transit for May 7 delivery.
