Dissapointinted that Rentlinx is gone. While it wasn't perfect, the platform was user-friendly and didn't require excessive documentation for listing approval which was convinient. It also distrubuted listings across so many platforms. Please provide any suggestions or other sitges that markets on various platforms and is user-friendly. I am currently testing out trubo-tenant and Avail.

Wow! I didn't even know it was gone. I only use it when I have an opening and haven't had one in quite a while. That's too bad indeed.

I should have knew it was coming though. They didn't have many BIG landlords and they didn't handle the smaller ones well at all if you had over 10 doors.

Like, I had 13 doors across 6 buildings. I'd have, at most, one open unit at a time. But their system wouldn't let me save all 13 units without paying like 3 times the cost for 10 units! It was insane. Like, just charge me based on the number that I LIST for rent. Or have a tier that allows for like 2 or 3 listings at a time. But don't punish me for wanting to keep the text and images for a listing that I'm not even using.

But, yes, sad to see it gone.

Interesting that it says "You will continue to have access to your accounts and data through April 30, 2024." But I can't even get the rentlinx.com homepage to come up right now.

It finally loaded. Just being really slow and timing out for some, I guess.

It looks like most people moved to Zillow directly. That's where most of the leads came from anyhow.
