I am an admin for a housing group on FB, but I really don't know much about what I'm doing except I can accept or delete / ban people (which I take great delight in doing, as you can imagine.) I also have a biz page that I set up a few years ago but don't really use - it was too hard to keep up with it somehow.
So I have three FB identities: Personal, for actual friends and family, about 100 people maybe on that - probably much fewer as I don't have that many friends! That uses a personal email address.
Then a Business identity using a biz email, and I'm a real person on that one too and it's the one I use as Admin. Then the biz page which uses the same email - I should delete that one but don't know how and it's not in the way or anything.
We use FB as a family to do video calls when we all do the Sunday crossword together. And also to do regular video calls sometimes because half the family has Apple and the other half Android and it's just easier to use FB where it doesn't matter.
Otherwise I don't really know how to use it to full advantage. Seems like a lot of work. --173.28.xx.xxx |

Our local housing rental page won’t let you use a business profile. You have to use your personal page. Even the property management companies post their vacancies through an employee’s personal profile. The photos will be watermarked with the business name and the description will give it as well. On a winter vacancy I finally tried it. I did not find any better applicants so the vacancy after that I stuck to Craigslist and Zumper and rented it that way. --73.159.xxx.xx |

I would do like MikeA suggested and use a regular account. I have both and it’s kind of a pain. I used to be able to advertise to Facebook market place with the business account but they just have changed the ability to do that.
So now I still list open units on the business page but use my personal one to advertise to marketplace. Around my area Zillow, Craigslist and the likes don’t get you many responses. Marketplace is the hot spot to advertise around here. --24.245.xx.xxx |
