FB marketplace no longer yields 100+ inquiries for my advertisements. I now receive 20 FB inquiries per day.Simultaneously, Z gets me many times more inquiries (albeit of lower quality) than was the case 6 months ago. --149.76.xxx.x |

People are finally wising up to all the scams on FB, which has almost no controls over it.
Zillow is better, though still possible to SCAM on. I use Buildium which syndicates to both Zillow and Zumper. FB marketplace gets the syndication through Zumper, I believe, so whenever I get a response via FB it goes through Zumper and looks like they sent it to me. I don't get a detailed breakdown of which subsidiary actually produced the lead, which is fine by me since all I care about is the end result. --184.4.xx.xx |
