I was recently in a community building that houses many social agencies and spotted this.
It looks like any ATM with a screen, keyboard, and slot to insert your documents to be scanned.
I guess it makes sense for folks who don't have computers or internet. Making it easy to sue your LL.
I must admit it's been MANY years since a free atty has challenged us legally. I like to think proper lease and procedures, and TONS of clear before and after photos removes any argument. I suspect the free attys tell them they don't have a case.

Keep in mind, a kiosk can't ask questions. Usually there is a part of the story that a T leaves out. I think even free attorneys are doubting thier clients. Not that every LL is correct but chanes are the T omits info. --174.228.xxx.xxx |
