Any one ever use Window World and dealt with their warrantee? They put in windows in a couple of my units and my handyman says that several no work well,.they were put in 2015 and another unit 2016,..if I actually got a paper showing that (it was a thousand papers and receipts ago,filed by a now gone secretary,...is it necessary to produce them ...or can they use their records, and if so how was it getting them to fix things. --24.34.xxx.xxx |

I have not had any problems with them honoring their guarantee. Had a house get shot up (30+ rounds of 9mm) and they replaced 4 windows without hesitation. --185.203.xxx.xx |

Wow, no questions asked warranty?
Last I checked they were outlandish on price. Maybe if I had used them 20 years ago I could recoup the extra costs but now I don't know.

I have had that brand installed in a few rentals.
Some have been there more than 10 years and they did just come and replace one of them for me this past winter.

So the warranty is parts and labor?
Interesting. The new place I got has a lot of old windows that need replaced. I can do it but a stellar warranty might be worth a little more cost up front.
