The basic problem is the amount of sugar in products along with consumption of soft drinks along with other drinks high in sugar level. Compared to EU there is less salt and sugar in foods. For example take Mac fries which have 20 ingredients where in the EU there is cooking oil, potatoes and salt. If go to supermarket then buy a frozen pizza from Germany or Italy there is a lower level of salt. It is unbelievable how much sugar there is from coffee shops that have a assortment of drinks with very high sugar levels along other products have high salt levels. While higher salt levels have a longer shelf life. Now before buying products look at the salt and sugar levels. Taking medication did not resolve the problem of high blood pressure or high sucrose levels. Before went for private medical procedure all the medical records along with was required to take a ECG. Found when sugar level was reduced less appetite as well where was never was over weight. There has been damage I can report here. Pair of female tenants wanted the shower doors removed as they couldn't fit into the tub anymore. I paid the handyman to do it and he did a good job, put up a regular shower curtain with pole anchored to wall. Cost me about $200 for parts and time. A week later I get a call that they would like the curved rod instead as the shower curtains were sticking to their bodies and they needed more space. Well besides water on the floor, their fatness is not my problem. I made a change for them and I told them the shower curtain is sticking because they are overweight and that is not my problem. They lost weight. The other is my $600 front storm door on one of the duplexes. Big fat son of tenant can't fit out with the chain in place above that protects the door from swinging back to far in the wind. So when he goes out to smoke whatever he smokes he removes it. Problem is he fogot to put it back. Wind took the door and smashed it into the $80 locking mailbox and popped the hinges a bit so it can't close properly and meet the lock parts on the other side.
