Jeffrey, thanks for getting the Q&A site back up. I've got several questions I need to ask and was sorry that the site was down. It is amazing how much I miss this site when it is unavailable.

Gene, much thanks goes to Rick the webmaster, who has been working non-stop around the clock last couple of days.
In fact, he is still doing a lot of testing with the site, so if you have questions, better post quick, because he may have to temporarily bring the site back down again for additional testing and maintenance upgrades.
I also want to thank those of you who quickly alerted us to an oddity regarding on the site the last couple of days. Thanks to you letting us know at the first sign of something odd occurring, it helped tremendously.
It really makes a difference and we appreciate so much that several of you took time to promptly bring things to the attention of our webmaster.
Please continue to do so in keeping us informed of your interactions with the site as we continue to do all we can to provide a unique forum where landlords nationwide can connect, support each other, learn and grow together. --172.58.x.xxx |

Thanks for your work on this.

The "not secure" is unrelated to the recent problem with the site. It just means that what we type here isn't encrypted between our end and the server. Since we aren't putting in sensitive information, it doesn't really matter too much.
Hopefully, at some point, they can get a free Let's Encrypt certificate to work on this server (or something similar) just to get rid of the "not secure" message.
