I would love to have someone who knows about setting up trusts and passing on *real estate* at death: how to set up your estate so you are leaving your kids a blessing rather than a mess. It's easy to set up an LLC, it's easy to write a will, it's easy to leave cash and stock and bonds, but what's the RIGHT way to leave real estate? (We are all getting older and none of us are getting out of here alive!!!)

I've got Good News for Busy and WMH (and I'm sure several others). As many of you know, with every business I do, I am always looking to let customers play an active part in the decision making process. So right after I read your comments above, I immediately got in touch with John Hyre and asked (pleaded) if he would do me a personal favor and consider coming back to participate in this year's Landlord Convention.

After much back and forth coordination making sure I could schedule him so that it would not conflict with another conference where he is scheduled to speak and also working him in so that it did not conflict with family commitments including a graduation and a graduation party, he said YES he will come:) So when you see him be sure to give him a BIG thank you!

Estate planning is something I'm also interested in. And Marketing, finding private lenders - so many of the topics are interesting, how could I choose? Can't wait to hear them all!

I'm really excited about this year's convention and the fact that it is back in Cleveland, just 30 minutes from my home!!!

After looking over the slate of instructors, I am very excited to hear from John Hyre, and the tax savings that can be achieved.

Also, Alan Cowgill, as we are looking to expand our portfolio through Private Lenders and want to know how to pursue that.

Last, but certainly not least, is the Rent Like a Pro team. I've watched some of their videos and they are down to earth, easy to understand guys, who's strategies are easy to follow.

I would also like to hear Brad20000.

I appreciate his enthusiasm and I like to hear how he continues to make improvements to business.

I had picked up Donna's course a couple of years back. I was excited about getting it as I planned on coupling it with options to target properties with OGM rights.

Then locally all the excitement about Shale died out after the first three wells under performed expectations.

I really put the course on a back shelf for a few months and thought what a rip off. Well, after a few months I dusted it and elected to open up my eyes on how to use the tool. I found out that you can sell part of the payments on an existing or future note. This allows to control the exact amount of cash flow you will be getting five years from now.

I would also be interested in hearing about trusts and how they fit with estate planning.
