Steve, Today Amazon delivered the book “Massachusetts Rental Owners Property Mgmt Manual” and I just wanted to thank you. Not only is the book very informative, but downloadable free with the purchase of the book are just about every conceivable lease, sample notice, form, agreement, sample letter, and receipt a LL could need. I just looked to see if such a book existed for NC, just for grins, and one does: $855 and not updated since 1999.
