That tenant has departed and before leaving consigned the least: dicey situation.
I owed the father of the tenant some money for installing a water heater. I mailed on Thurs. 4/18 a check by registered mail with returned signature to the address provided by the gentleman.
Now I have to wait for the signed card to return and/or the check to clear the bank.
What happens, tell me please, if the gentleman doesn't sign for the mail and/or doesn't cash the check and challenges somehow?
