For those of you that only receive income from your rental property business and who no longer work a W-2 job, on your tax return it asks for your occupation. What do you use as your designation? I have been putting "Retired" but not sure that is the best thing to have there.

1. What is the particular meaning of this?
- just CPA/tax preparer talk.
2. Rental Homes always go on Sch E?
- not if you don't report income/loss from rentals...
3. What does it mean to do as a bundle?
- ask your CPA. Each Sch E form has space for 3 rentals.
So you use as many forms as you need. Dah.
