I tried this out for the first time and apparently they push your ad out to several sites like Zumper, Zillow, Realtor.com and others. They have a very nice platform and even provide a pre-screening questionnaire. You can have applications collected on the site as well. It's a bit like Zillow where they just click, but the leads are organized on a dashboard where you can view them all together and their pre-screening questionnaire makes my google form duplicative. My pre-screening is a bit more detailed, but I can live with theirs.

Anyone using this?

I have an account with them but find setting up a listing to be incredibly cumbersome. Moving photos into the order you want is ridiculously hard. Also a huge drawback for me is they MUST include your phone number on your listing. Nope. Nope. NOPE. --50.82.xxx.xx

UPLOADING was easy. Putting them in a coherent string was extremely cumbersome. No click and dragging to reorder them.

I was able to drag and reorder without an issue. It's very much like Zillow. I like it better because it hits Zillow, Zumper and other sites. Perhaps they've updated since you used it? How long ago did you use? --209.122.xx.xxx

As far as the phone number issue, get one additional GV number. Leave a recording stating that the voicemail is not monitored and calls will not be returned. Interested parties should proceed to fill out the questionnaire.
