I run several rooming houses. Rents are due on a WEEKLY basis. All together I have about 60 units, most are rooms in the rooming houses, but I have a couple of apartments where rent is due MONTHLY.
I am looking for an accounting software that could help make the posting of rents a little easier, and improve accuracy. Currently, we use the good 'ol pen and paper ledger system, but are looking to improve this.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am not big on doing anything cloud based because these types of systems are always being hacked.

QuickBooks Desktop with automatic invoicing set up. Set up your tenants as customers, and automatically invoice based on weekly or monthly rents.
