Just a bit of a giggle for your landlording day. :)
Anybody seen the story making the rounds of the blind golden retriever who has a "seeing eye dog" to help him?
I can just see the next trend. Service animals for tenants emotional support animals. LLs will now have to allow two pets. Bwahahaha!

Not sure I have seen that one but I have seen dogs before who guide or watch out for a blind animal. They are such smart little things. They only reason they are not in charge is the lack of thumbs. --73.248.xxx.xxx |

The sad part is that we already DO have to "allow two pets." The law does not limit the number of Emotional Support Animals to just one, unfortunately. We're lucky this isn't abused more...

Love it!
Certainly brings up a legal discussion as the SERVICE ANIMAL is not for a human. Does the ADA or HUD law apply?
