Hello, I am wondering if any of you might have some suggestions as to what company is best to do online tenant credit checks. We used to use tracersinfo.com, but they no longer offer tenant credit checks, so we are trying to find another good reliable company. Thanks! -Ann --96.236.xxx.xx |

The one here is fine for credit checks, but you do have to schedule - and pass - an office inspection.

For most of the visitors here the "office" inspection is done right at their home, because that is where we work out of. Inspection is a piece of cake, in and out usually in just 15 minutes or less. They are there to look for 3 things and check off the boxes on their list: paper shredder, password protected computer and file cabinet that locks.
I have used the tenant screening service on this site for many years. Easy to use, inexpensive and results come right to your computer in less than a minute. --72.214.xx.xxx |
