Does anyone here ever look at tenant websites?

What is your favorite?

I thought it might be interesting to get an inside view of what they talk about.

Maybe they are talking about one of us.

Thank you for your time. --73.120.xx.xxx

after 35 years -- I pretty much know what they talk (lie) about. Many years in court, in front of the dispo judge, and there's nothing new that can come out of their pie hole.

I think the best of my friends and relatives and business associates-- including those here. I don't much care what the tenants are thinking over the years. Maybe if I shower them with gifts and free rent and allow them to just trash my places I would feel better????

I know that sounds so hard but with tenants it's a hardening business.

YES I still love it. Why? because I don't allow them to ever get one up on me. --99.103.xxx.xxx

I use N.H. Legal Aid’s website. It explains in plain English to tenants what a landlord can and can not do. Sometimes the explanations can help guide me. --24.61.xxx.xx

torontotenants.org generally is a leftist website which is diametrically opposed to private sector rentals. Google you find many different extreme leftist websites. --147.194.xxx.xx

Tenants tend not to read anything. Except maybe People or Us magazine.

I imagine the only time they would get on a rental website for the most part is when they are being evicted and want to know how they can stay in their place for as long as possible without paying. --24.20.xxx.xxx

I've looked at a couple, but not recently. I usually wound up being angry over many of the posts. Not worth my blood pressure. --71.175.xxx.xxx
