This is from FB marketplace. A response to the pre-screening questions that I thought was very funny:
I work at ___________________. my job title is home health aide. I’ve been with my employer since August/September. My bi weekly paystubs is anywhere from 1,000$ on up I get paid every other week not weekly! I have 1 misdeamenor of disorderly conduct I went to Atlantic City for my birthday! And let’s just say it was a night I’ll never forget!
BTW, I'm getting a lot of response from FB marketplace. I'm not boosting anything. Just using the marketplace. I rented a room from to a retired guy this week from FB. This ad is for an apartment vacancy. I like using FB for this as it lends itself to messaging on the pre-screening. I had across a decent prospect for the apartment that he coming for a viewing over the weekend. --64.121.xxx.xxx |

Yep, FB Market is interesting. I got tons of responses without boosting, so no need to pay for that. The quality of responses is usually even lower than Zillow/Trulia...but whatever it takes. Seems like it would work well for your rooming house situation.

Craigslist still works for me too. Zillow is good too, but I get even more tire kickers through Zillow than Craigslist these days. All the big apartment complexes also market on Zillow now in my area, so both Zillow and Craigslist are loaded with ads. --24.147.xx.xxx |
