At the convention, Jeffrey hosts round table sessions with the convention speakers and other volunteers that cover a variety of topics. There are usually 3-4 "formal" rounds of about 15 minutes each, and you can switch tables as desired. Then after that people just mill around and chat about everything under the sun. The "bar round table" often goes until 1 or 2 AM... ;-)
I've hosted a couple round tables in the past: one on debt-free investing and another on automating pre-screening, showing & the formal application process. Other topics are too numerous to list.
It's cliche' but true to say the Convention is like a 72-hour marathon with pauses to drink from a fire hose. Bring your strongest caffeinated beverage and a 100-page notepad. --173.20.xxx.xxx |

Hmmm... it could be interesting and valuable to practice saying things out loud, that you need to say to tenants - or contractors. Check your body language, confidence, tone, wording that won't get you into trouble.
Tell you what, at 2:00 AM, after the "bar" round table, we can work on that - I bet some interesting things would come out, that we should NOT say to folks! HA! JK --68.10.xxx.x |
