I have 3 tenants in a residential home. Bad tenant threatened to hurt good tenant. Good tenant called police, police called me and said they couldn't do anything since no physical contact was made by bad tenant, but that bad tenant had been arrested 2 days earlier for a DUI and that he is acting very aggressive. Police leave and good tenant leaves. Neighbor calls me saying Bad tenant begins breaking the outdoor light fixture and mailbox.

The neighbor and myself call the police. Bad tenant is arrested only for public intoxication.

Good tenant gets a restraining order for 3 days and bad tenant is banned from the property for 3 days.

What is the quickest way to get the bad tenant out? Police told me the eviction process is the only way. However, here in my city it's 2.5 months to get a tenant out of they know how to play the game. Seems like this 3 day ban would only aggregate the bad tenant even more. Any other tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
