Processed application and it came back that there are 2 P/L for vehicles a few years apart from years ago, and other 2 items went to Collections a few years ago, all 4 of these entries from year 2011 on. Said living with someone 2 years--and said that is why they didn't write down current address on application, which also did not show up on results. Did not write down vehicle info. Has a good income; provided stub. Has a few dependents and said do not live with them. Deciding whether to rent to or reject. Any thoughts? Also, would you please tell me of a standard format to use for a rejection letter regarding what showed up as P/L and Collections--or please direct me? Thank you. --71.112.xxx.xxx |

I'd get more information. Would not be too concerned about 2011 collections. ASK for 2 month's bank statements to verify expenses and payroll stubs to verify there are not being garnished. Get more information. Is this an appropriate size unit for the number of people ? Divorced? Kids going back and forth? --184.206.xxx.xxx |

I don’t like that they lied vs owning up and explaining. There is a form letter you can use if you deny based on info used from pulling credit. I think if you google adverse action that might link you to one. --24.61.xxx.xx |
