The area was even excavated and filled and I could still smell it for about three years and there were only 2 small pigs in it. Does an indoor pig use an outside bathroom like a dog? No such thing as a mini-pig. They are either baby potbellied pigs or deliberately underfed to keep them small before sale...afterwards, they keep growing and growing and growing...average size of pigs sold as "indoor" ends up 100-150 pounds. I had a potbelly pig for 11 years, yes inside. She was cleaner than most dogs and cats. She was litter box trained, ate Purina pig chow. She never peed or pooed outside the box, she never made any mess with her food. She never sprayed or tore up anything in the house. She was a lot cleaner than a lot of people I've dealt with. She didn't even bark. I would do the home inspection to see for yourself, they could be model tenants and a model animal too. AND stayed on the porch when commanded, squealed when she needed to leave the porch and waited for permission. I've never seen anything like it. The pig was treated like a dog, and acted like one.
