Just read a magazine article that says "add personality to all-white tile", with a picture of pink grout. Not for a rental!

(I do have earth brown grout in my own bathroom & it looks great)

Pink was a Millenial Color of the Year a few years ago... I never will understand who decides these things.

Pink was also huge in the 50's. Pink kitchens, pink and black bathrooms...now that was a commitment and you still see them in old houses today. The tilework is often so good people are reluctant to remove it LOL!

Pink is a mixture of a little red and a lot of white, so what's the big deal?

For some reason or another, I reject it as grout, fixtures, tiles, paint. etc.

Pink is very misused from what I see in the clothing industry, this spelling occasionally appears on a link sweatshirt or pajama bottoms that must be courtroom dress code in metropolitan cities.

Back to tile, blend in earth tone colors random pattern or a distinctive pattern, earth tone grout.

I sometimes see pink mildew in bathrooms. So that is stylish if the grout is pink around the shower?

Vee, Pink is the name used by a female recording artist. From the 90’s .I think she falls in the category of grunge music? Not sure. I believe she is known to be quite vocal about political issues, as many artists are, so, there may be some political statement to it. So, when you see it on sweatshirts and butts, that likely may be the reference.

WMH: That is the first thing I thought of - the pink and green you see left over from the 50s that nobody likes, but don't want to do the work to get rid of it.

Oregon: LOL! Yes, it goes with the pink mildew! Oh - other colors are suggested also - whatever you like. Just pink in the photo.

I wonder if you can still buy the bathroom pieces in 50's colors?
