I use Quicken because it is more checkbook/bookkeeping oriented than accounting, which is a whole other level. --50.82.xxx.xx

Quickbooks works for me. Tracks everything. Makes it easy to issue 1099s. I can email tenants receipts immediately. --71.10.xxx.xxx
