Hi
I have recently started using Zumper ads and I am getting a really big email response rate. However, it seems like nobody actually READS my ad regarding minimum requirements or no pets etc.etc.
So far everyone has been unqualified that I actually talked to and got in touch with. I am a bit frustrated.
Do people just not read the ads anymore and click their email to you if they like the pictures?

No, They don't read the ad. They only have a small phone screen to use. That screen is mostly taken up by a button they can press to continue.

yes; like zillow: number or respondents is high; quality of lead is low;
