easy-off. do not use the stuff from the dollar tree----very little product and very little active ingredient in the product. completely ineffective. easy-off for $5 is a better buy

Easy Off is the best option.

HOWEVER you have to wonder if the oven looks soooo bad? What did the burnt food taste like since they never cleaned the oven.

If the oven racks also have baked on grease, put them in a clean trash bag with an open cup of ammonia. Squeeze most of the air out of the bag and seal it shut overnight. Much easier to clean the next day. --73.215.xxx.xx

Take outside then use a pressure washer where will loosen up the burnt out dirt. Found for rentals a self clean oven is often necessary as tenants leave oven dirty. --168.244.xx.xx

Do NOT buy the Aqua Lift cleaning ovens. We bought one to sell our house but used it twice. Didn't clean anything. Bought easy off and ruined the inside of the oven. $700 mistake. --172.74.xx.xxx
