We own a very well kept 7 unit apartment building in a highly desirable area in Pasadena, CA.

What is an appropriate management fee.?

Thank you for your input.

In shopping for a PM company I have found 4 to 7 % typical. Desirable low effort properties in the 4% range. High turn over class C lower rents 7+ %. --99.23.xxx.x

Some are even asking 10%.

Being a small bldg (under 15 units) may cause the fee to go higher than common.

Call around. --99.59.x.xxx
