Searching for new insurance companies offering fire policy on rentals. Located in Ne Pennsylvania. Any recommendations.

Current company will no longer offer due to # properties.

Another strike against reliable landlords.

Try calling an insurance agency that shops all insurance companies. They'll know which ones will carry your properties AND find the best price. I use Gunn Mowery in the Harrisburg area, but I'm sure they can serve you too; everything is done through mail or email. --73.52.xx.xxx

Hannahstown wasn't bad to me except if the place was vacant for more than 30 days for say a rehab project.

I then use Auto Owners out of Lansing.
