Second week, she paid on time with no problem. Third week was late again. I threatened with eviction. Mom calls to pay the rent for her but tenant borrows from grandparents and pays even though mother promises to pay rent in the future. Tenant moves out with no warning before next rent is due. Room was not left in the best of shape and a bean bag chair I bought for the room is missing. I have her SD, so I'm more than whole. Her mother had been in contact with me on a couple of occasions; once to pay her SD and to bail her out this last time around. Part of her problem is these folks bailing her out.
