I am proud of one of my neighbors. The town has had the debris removed from the right of way from hurricane Florence. There was some small stuff left. My neighbor had his three children cleaning up using a wheelbarrow, rakes, etc. They did an excellent job.
When they finished I gave each of them a $2.00 bill each.
The neighbor said they are out of school today and they can be doing the cleaning or sitting in front of the TV. He elected that they "do a good deed" and help the neighborhood. I applaud him for that.
