I have a unit that just came open that I've been nursing along for a number of years with just paint and new light fixtures, etc. older building, this is my last unit to overhaul.
My brother helps me out sometimes on the units and was there the other day and texted me: "nice vanity, lol!"
I know it's time for a change and texted him today to see if he thinks I should change it. ( I know I should)
He said "Definitely!" "It looks like a crack head ripped it out and put it back in after he couldn't sell it!"
Haha, I about died laughing.

Another thing you can do with the pink carpet--is DYE it. I saved a wall2wall LR carpet (not pink-but dirty beige) by having it dyed a dark choc brown. It looked very rich and even hid the natural walk way that w2w carpet gets going from point to point. That was back when I had carpet. It was WAY cheaper than getting new carpet or even tile. That dye job lasted quite a few years till my policy changed to NO Carpet.

My mother in law went into assisted living. We were fixing up the double that she had lived in and then took her over to see it. All new paint, new carpet in the family room which had been very old green shag. She looked really serious and said she didn’t like it.
