Have you seen the infomercial of the Copcam? Makes me think it may have some applications to a LL. Upside cheap, incredibly tiny . Could be used as a body cam (check your state laws) Who is creating mischief Etc, Has motion sensitive feature, Some reviews comment how clear the video playback is ( a real problem in many cams.
It has a problem of only 4 hours of recording but that can be a lot with the motion sensor feature.

I just saw this myself. Gotta tell you, in recent years I've had personality conflicts with two PIA high maintenance tenants. Their behavior put ME on notice early on and I always armed myself with a voice recorder turned on. One actually struck me and the other accused me of inappropriate remarks - all lies. Both were found guilty in municipal court thanks to my voice recorder as witness.
As these events are on DISCOVERABLE police reports, I felt compelled to process them via court complaints
Because there are a few extreme people out there, I assume I'm being taped when dealing with these wingnuts so I behave accordingly.
By the way, this cop cam claims 1080p high resolution AND night vision ability. The infomercial demo looked impressive. Website buycopcam com. I expect this to be a big seller with other knock-offs to become available. --73.215.xxx.xx |

It looks to me like a fairly standard Chinese-made mini-cam. You can find different versions of the same thing on Amazon for less than half the price (including Prime shipping) -- or even cheaper on Aliexpress if you don't mind waiting a month for the shipping. :)
