Tim,

I have a nice lead for you on a subject to property out in your neck of the woods. The owners are living up here and just want to get rid of the place. They tried being a distant LL, and that didn't out well, so they tried linking up with a non-profit and it was even worse. How do they contact you?

I haven't been posting much online. Honestly if I would share how well the business is doing online, no one would believe me so I'll haven't been sharing. The flip side to doing so many transactions is I have been loading up the hours.
