Anyone ever use Mr Sandless? Said to be cheaper, better in some ways of to conventional sand and coat wood floors.

Concern about how thin some of our floors after several sanding,..it would be nice if this indeed works.

Try it on a piece of scrap lumber or junk furniture and see what happens. Years ago I used a product that would supposedly go over already coated floors. It did but took a while to dry and really just looked only a little bit better. --73.178.xxx.xx

I used them on a wood floor once. It was reasonable and improved the floor quite a bit. Make sure to understand the limitations. It's not going to fix major water damage and a lot depends on how much thickness you have on the floor. I know mine was quick thin so my results weren't going to be spectacular but they certainly got me by for awhile. --75.89.xx.xxx

Hollis, for our 1950's houses with wood floors we just use a good quality wood floor wax made for gymnasium floors. We buy it from our local Rose Hillyard dealer. It goes down with a wool skin applicator and two coats make the floor shine like glass. The wax eventually wears off after several years but most tenants don't notice because it is so gradual. When the house comes up to re-rent, we just clean and re-wax the floors. --99.165.xx.xxx

Yes it works wonderfully! My sister and my mom both used mr Sandless for their houses. My mom got her living room, hallway and a bedroom done. My sister got her living room, hallway and two bedrooms done. Both loved how it turned out. Biggest inconvenience was finding where to put their furniture, of course. They both have pictures on their Instagram of the finished product and if you just look it up on there, there’s actually lots that come up. I can see and I don’t even have an Instagram account myself. --173.26.xx.xxx
