THanks Steve, it was the 12 I was looking for. Tenant is suing for last month when they did not give a 30 day and moved the same month they paid rent. Court Magistrate did not know the law and only agreed to whatever agreement we would come up with, which I am not giving back last month. This is not going to end till someone rules on last month/ 30 day notice. --74.104.xxx.xxx |

We use to meet once a year in the fall. It's been several years since our last get together.
