Went over today cause mommy texted "keys left" with note that "everything is gone". Did the inspection-- was ton's of metal left and about 3K in clean up and repairs. Mowed and trimmed yard to keep neighbors off our butt and stacked metal for someone to pick up. Crew is gearing up for work at 9 AM tomorrow. Left a refrig and trying to sell that to new tenant moving in tomorrow at other location.

Vee I hear ya. She was a nice lady and thought she was honest in her statements. Your thinking MAN this guys gone soft. Not really. I don't want to blame mommy for mid 30 year olds bad decisions. She has tried to do us right.
With that said I would love to drop the stuff off at the jail for him.......
The scrap metal is being loaded now by the junk guys for free. The lumber, he has 6--- 4X 6 posts 12 ft long coming to the office for landscaping. --99.103.xxx.xxx |

You are exactly right Ken-- even though the mother of the convict not step mom contacted me.
However my request was: leave keys and note saying you surrender the property.
Got text: keys on counter we're done. So I go to house take all the pic's of it empty-- take pic of keys on counter with note. I surrender the property to you with tenants first and last name after note.
Who am I to judge? Looked like kids name to me-- I could read it and remember I'm just a LL not a hand writing expert. --99.103.xxx.xxx |
