Phone just rings and rings. No voice mail and no one answer? Same number I've always used.

Trying to add an extra night to our retreat reservation, to leave on 20th instead of 19th.

We also tried calling Toya recently. Another girl or two seemed to be acting in her place. And first they said she was expected back in a day or two, but then we still didn't hear from her.

Good news! After bugging every email and telephone number I had, including calling the hotel directly and getting transferred three times, Toya connected with me and extended the date, easy as that.
