6 yrs without going to court over non payment with over 30 units, since opening my account with clear now. We ask the tenant to pay the monthly $2 auto draft fee, they don't seem to mind as it is a convenience for them. More information here: http://mrlandlord.com/rents. I use Clearnow for about the last 2 years. They are well established. I incorporate the cost into my cost of doing business, so I factor it into the rent costs.
I accept ZellePay from a couple of people, who just won't do the autodraft for some reason.

If you Facebook you might check out the Zillow page where they are advertising the rent collection service. Not such great reviews.
I've been switching to Venmo. Simple for tenants to use & I can have funds in my account the next day. I'm over waiting 3 to 4 days for my money or paying an extra "fee" for expedited transfer.
And I'm not concerned about claw backs from tenants. A tenant can walk in a bank with a check, deposit into your account & stop payment on said check & claw it back too. In almost 15 years in this business & collecting over $1M rents many of those years, between credit cards, electronic payments, checks & directly depositing I can count on 1 hand the number of times I've had transactions reversed by tenants. --104.128.xx.xxx |

My helpers just spent the last few hours trying to fix some of our listings on Zillow. Z grabs old photos, posts odd info that came from nowhere, bounces some listings for no apparent reason...
Plus the fact they simply post Zestimate values willy-nilly (our area is waaay off!) and compete AGAINST me by showing a lower price than my listing...I don't trust them, esp with my money.
