There is a landlord in our local association that has been using this program for many years. He got a virus and it crashed his computer. He has his data backed up, but he was not able to recover the program itself.

Is anyone still using this program, does anyone have a copy some where?

Thanks in advance.

Terence, why not have them reach out to the company and see if they will provide a duplicate copy of the software since you have a valid license.

My mom was using RentRight 3 on Windows XP when her PC died. Her new system used Windows 7 Home which would not run the software. Since RentRight's database was a Microsoft Access database we were able to use Access to get to the historical data. If all else fails, you might be able to do something similar once you know the type of database that was used. --155.188.xxx.xx

I think they are out of business. They have a Linkedin Profile:

www.linkedin.com/company/fullhouse-software-inc-/

But the website it lists is no longer there and tries to redirect you to some (possibly dangerous) browser extensions.

It does seem that the company has gone out of business, no one answers the phone#, and the website is not available.

Thanks for the help, I will suggest he try to download into access or even excel. --24.153.xxx.xx

This is the classic example of "don't fix it if it ain't broke" .... and why you should not follow that saying. Not saying to upgrade every year mind you but occasionally you have to do it-- or your faced with this exact case. Don't continually shop for replacements but updates are vital. --99.103.xxx.xxx
