For those who have been following my posts on the Realtor/Landlord who was murdered in Kingman several years ago. The handyman is finally on trial. This article gives a lot of background, finally.

Sid Cranston, the victim, owned 43 rental properties in the area. He was murdered by his handyman and buried on a remote ranch. The handyman later pawned Sid's rings which eventually led to his arrest. Pretty sad. Be careful folks.

And the accused looks puny in a wheelchair.

Wonder if a true motive will come out. Jealousy?

I think every LL should look at his picture and the suspect's picture and realize these are everyday people, just like themselves.

GOTTA take measures to protect yourself and your family. We cannot know what' going on inside someone's head.

I wondering if the pinging of their phones can tell who was there first.

And what about the deceased's phone pinging.

UNBELIEVEABLE! After over three years the murderer goes on trial - on day two the do nothing revolving door Judge Lambert declared a mistrial.

Our county has a very serious problem with soft on crime judges letting murderers go. Three in recent years - two victims were shot in the back and they still got off. Color me unhappy.

Just read that. The article said a TRUE STATEMENT was INADMISSIBLE.

Either sloppy writing or a situation where the law is more important than the truth. Been there.
