My understanding is you can expense any item under 2500.00
Since most roof would be more than that amount you would depreciate the full cost. --73.152.xx.xxx |

So 100% depreciate in 2018 or over several years? Yep-roof will cost over $14,000. I had thought the rules had changed regarding the amount you could FULLY depreciate in a year. Trying to get the job done and not lose my tail end if I sell soon. --73.230.xx.xx |
