Clearly a case of non ready for prime time tenants. Smelling the place up with pot smoke, ash trays loaded with cigarettes, multiple people staying over or visiting. Parked unreg uninsured car in my driveway, stealing stuff from vacant apt in the building, minor damage to apt. Death seal ...going unto tiny 3rd floor new rubber roof and getting high. They have been there 4 weeks and have a 12 month lease. They are served ASAP and given a deal. Get out now with last month rent in your hand, and you have 24 hrs to get car off my property or else. Hm. Sounds just like the ones that left my one br in March. Skunky pot on the deck with lots of cousins visiting and certainly took a package delivered to downstairs which was full of a two hundred dollar birthday present for one of the downstairs tenants and cut a hole in the rug to hide their stash from cosigner grandmom. Also slandered downstairs tenant so grandma would not complain about them moving out. Said the male was beating the female at night. Not happening. --73.178.xxx.xx

I had one group like that too...they started off well, for the first year, but then something changed and they went downhill. Obviously stoned every time I spoke to one of them, moved in extra people without permission, stopped doing lawncare care that they agreed to. Finally I ended the tenancy. --72.188.xxx.xxx
