I use the credit/criminal check from this website. I’m not sure NH courts report to the site. There is no statewide website to check court records in NH. I google names, check county registry of deeds to check landlord reference owns property, Facebook, etc. Some local landlords I know belong to a local NH group called landlord connection which is supposed to track NH evictions.
