Just spotted this, I see it as a plea for help --> detroit.craigslist.org/okl/sha/d/every-one-is-looking-for-room/6667051967.html
--> Looking at these ads and wondering since when does the renter dictate to the homeowner what time they will be in or how little rent they will pay with No Security deposit? You also have the renter who wants to rent out your basement for a room and ends up turning it into a "grow room" and says who cares about the electric and than claims they have a contract with you so you have to take them to court to get them out only after they rack up thousands of dollars in heat lamps and are only paying $65.00 a week?
Get some rental manager education to slow or stop this theft of facilities

LOL - When I was young and living in Key West a friend and I rented an artist studio in the building shown during the opening credits of "Scarface."
It was part of a repurposing of the military base and we paid $50 a month, including electricity. The building was not air conditioned so for another $50 we bought a used window banger - put it in the window, turned it on and didn't touch it for the next two years. We probably burned $5,000 worth of electricity in that time and paid about $1,000 in rent.
Thanks Uncle Sam. :) :) --47.216.xx.xxx |
