Frank, I just know that they specialize in working with real estate investors and are used to dealing with folks who are putting together creative arrangements. Definitely worth at least a phone call to find out (407)-447-5000. It may be helpful to ask to to talk to the top guy in charge, John Parrett (his extension is 101).
