Has anyone offered your tenants' lease insurance vs the security deposit? Like suredeposit or rhino?
My small shop must be updating security deposits at least 20 times a year. Seems like a hidden cost that I might do without.

As sgt shultz would say, I know nothing.
I got an email from a landlording group that I pay dues into promoting one of the two.
I also remember someone at a past convention saying that he ups the rent enliu of the security deposit. I wonder if over the last 36 months if that has paid off for him.
