MYOB, "Lack of couth" as in lack of courtesy. I have a lot of respect for your LLing skills and knowledge. But often your replies are downright rude and that is not either instructive or constructive. People come to us with problems after doing questionable things and getting themselves in trouble. Lynda there you go a second time with a personal attack. Not sure who you are and don't care now because you have gotten personal in your attack and for the 3rd time.
When someone doesn't agree with you-- it doesn't give you a right to degrade them in front of peers. Maybe that's your feeling -- OK-- but out of 1150 posts this year-- your the only one who's said something.
Also note on one of your other posts very recently you said it bothers you that you agree with me or see it my way-- something like that--- maybe you should re-evaluate what your feelings are-- because as i said in response to that post-- we don't have to agree - because if we all agreed we wouldn't need this site.
Many on this site are not touchy feely LL's. We've been hardened by tenants and life in general. I personally am trying to give back and help others-- I don't like the cliques "tough love" -- it's all real and no lost motion in explaining it is needed.
