I know it's come up here before but I dislike that my rental listing gets buried on zillow after it's like a week old. Shows up on the map if you search that way, but otherwise drops back in the search. Changing the price had no impact.
I might have to list on CL but I am less a fan of CL than Zillow.
Q What day of the week is the best day to list?

Jeff is giving good info, sometimes you have to alter the words or price slightly to stay near the top - look at the mega outfits, that is how they stay in front, transpose the kitchen floor size with the bathroom, sliding doors with the tile bath floor - you get the idea. --76.188.xxx.xx |

The best day for me to list is after the first week of the month. That way I get past all the people who were just removed from their units or notified that they are being evicted. I also get the people who got an increase on the first and have taken a week to decide that they are not staying. --73.178.xxx.xx |
