My phone and I have met with tragic faith. Water!! While it can be a friend, today it was the end of my old phone and the beginning of a new phone, starting over. After the phone dries out you should be able to draw out a file dated last time you added someone - thats the contact list, then other files will be text - sms messgaes, on some phones the pictures are in the texting bank. You can do with a windows computer but I use a unix machine, my local phone store - also a landlord does it for me about 25bux. --76.188.xxx.xx

Been to the cell phone doctor... no hope. LG phone. It seems to be functioning in a loop of turn on and off. They took my money with no hope. No sim card. No cloud. No backup. Lost move in and out photos. And all my photos of our last living parent who is in memory care...those I miss the most. The fun trips when she could remember. So I have it plugged in and I'm praying over it! Some numbers I had on a previous phone but I'm in the middle of a rehab with new contractors and they are all waiting for us to finish painting so the can come back to finish. All contacts were in that phone! And then there is the personal stuff and projects I was in the middle of with people I need their contact info... slowly with help from others I'm gathering info. And I just had two new move ins and of course exits which the texted me their new address! Good grief if its ever happened to you you know what I mean! It's a busy time in life and I was going along pretty study...until... was thinking how to people who don't have resources function when they get a set back?
