Today seen something about the number of evictions in Canada where the leftist think everyone is going to run a free for all or squatters paradise. Most jurisdictions the number of evictions compared the number of tenants is often a small number often well less then one per cent. In personal experience it is not they did not have the funds to pay for rent as there is universal medical here it is the funds were used for illegal drugs, booze or gambling or they thought rent was not priority. No one enjoys evicting tenants unfortunately there is other means to resolve the issues of rent arrears, illegal drug activity or in breach of the obligations as a tenant to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for the other tenants in the apartment complex. No one goes to the grocery store then states food is a right or free utilities is a right. Some of the tenancy advocates are actually home owners maybe move in some of those wonderful squatters then see if they will not evict as housing is a right. It is beyond belief that governments fund those extreme fringe leftist groups where they do not even ask where they live or where the money is going other then lining the pockets of those individuals. Why take that money used then help tenants directly by housing subsidies then give it to people who actually own houses. That is not affordable housing where that money is used to house less then a handful individuals.

People have forgotten that "RIGHTS" come from GOD . Governments cannot create RIGHTS. Government is instituted by the people themselves to protect those GOD given RIGHTS.
